Block Captains
Block Captains are homeowners who volunteer to be a friendly welcoming neighbor to those new to Cress Creek. Our subdivision is divided into 39 zones with one or more block captains overseeing each street. Each captain gives a Welcome Bag to new residents containing information and pamphlets about Cress Creek, a welcome letter from our CCHA President, and a Cress Creek mug.
